As one of the New Jersey family photographers, I’m so excited to share this Five Birds Farm Ringoes (new owners of the venue! Website hatching soon!) Holiday Mini session with you today! When the Munz Family reached out about a holiday mini session with their dog, I just couldn’t wait to work with them! There’s something so special about including a beloved family pet in sessions. Holiday Mini Sessions are one of my favorites all year long. The warmth and love even on the cold shooting days makes them feel so powerful!
Holiday Mini Session | Five Birds Farm Ringoes | The Munz Family
Our opening weekend of Holiday Minis this year felt like Christmas in July (80 degrees the first weekend in November)! Despite the unseasonably warm day the holiday magic came to life! Gosia and I chatted before the session back and forth consulting on outfits for the session. We also discussed a plan for including their adorable goldendoodle, Lilly. Both Charlie and Robyn warmed up quickly to photos and we captured so many adorable moments! This stage with their little girls will fly by, I am so honored to get to capture these memories for Gosia and Andreas to look back on as their daughters grow.
This session was full of lots of laughter and movement. After all, we had a toddler and a pup! There was lots of tickling and silly noises behind the adorable image of the two sisters on the bench cozied together. Lost of dancing and giant hugs followed as we moved over toward the barn with the golden fall foliage on the ground blending so nicely with their color pallet. I love the open arms from Robyn with the run and give hugs at the very end of our session, pure moments of JOY for this beautiful family.
To the Munz Family, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! Your family is so sweet, and it was great getting to know you guys better. I can’t wait to see you all continue to grow together!
