Over the past two years Golden Heart Photography has undergone a total rebrand to focus on being primarily a Flemington area Motherhood & Family Photographer. These changes have come with new challenges and much time spent on the care that each client receives. My goal has always been to serve my clients with excellence and make them family. BOOKING PROCESS
I know that booking a session with a photographer can be stressful. There are so many questions and feelings that come up. From choosing a date and time to the best location, there are so many moving pieces. Should you do a mini session or book a full session? What will we wear? My schedule is pretty flexible for full sessions and I run mini sessions frequently throughout the year. I have suggested locations for the different types of sessions. Therefore, I can help your find the PERFECT location for the vision you are looking to bring to life. I am always here to chat to see if your family will do best with a full session or mini session. The contract and retainer invoice for your creative fee are handled online to be quick and efficient for you.
CLIENT CARE
The steps we take together between booking and your session make all the difference! As a busy mom and your family photographer, I get it! Life is chaos. My goal is to help you and your whole family be as relaxed as possible going into your session. I know you probably have a lot of questions and I want to make sure you get the best support possible.
The Client Experience Guide is sent out a few days after your booking is finalized and includes outfit tips and other tricks to make your experience in front of the camera as effortless as possible. When you receive the Client Experience Guide you will also receive the session questionnaire. Please make sure you fill the questionnaire out so that I can best serve your family. You will also have access to the Golden Heart Mama Client Wardrobe (complimentary for all full sessions). The week before your session you will receive a final information email confirming location details and any other important information for your session. The lines of communication are always open, please reach out if you have a question or if you get lost or have an emergency.
I also have a network of vendors that I can connect you with from florals to hair and makeup.
ON SESSION DAY
I arrive to the location at least 15 minutes before your session to secure a prime location for photographing your family. Make sure you get to the right place on time (if you need me text is best if I do not answer a call I may be serving other families). Your session is about YOU and your family, it is my job to capture precious memories for you. Preparing for your session means I bring blankets for you to sit on and depending on our discussions during booking and client care may have additional props with me. I am always happy to incorporate ANY props you may want to bring for your session.
I will do everything I can to get GENUINE smiles from the whole family. Every session, I have a game plan with poses and prompts so your session feels natural and effortless while we make memories and share lots of laughs.
THE EDITING PROCESS
Once I photograph your gorgeous family session, I will promptly get your images moved to my storage and backup systems to protect your memories. With those files, I will expertly cull through and select the best images that represent your family from your session and move them into the editing workflow. I will spend the time to edit your session to provide beautiful crafted images. You will have your viewing & ordering appointment scheduled within 4 weeks of your session either online or in person.
GALLERY DELIVERY
I cannot wait for you to view your beautiful images. If you opt for an online ordering appointment or have a mini session your images are delivered via email with the delivery system. There are options to purchase digital files and customize gorgeous custom albums and prints. My goal is to make it easy for you to use your images in so many ways. You can fully customize an album for your home OR gift it to family member or loved one. Delivery of your gallery is so much fun for me because it sparks so much JOY sharing your pieces of art with you. I always love seeing the images you select and how you showcase them in your home.
If you choose an in-person ordering appointment we will go through your gallery together. We will start by viewing your images, marking favorites and selecting your digital files. Then we get to move on to creating beautiful custom artwork for your home. You will get to see in-person all of the options. I will guide you through the process of creating artwork of your dreams.
GOLDEN HEART FAMILY
Your experience does not end with gallery delivery! I absolutely LOVE serving my clients and I want future, current and past clients to really feel that. After your session is complete, you’re in for VIP treatment continuing as a member of the Golden Heart Family. VIPs are the first to know when there is a sale and I always open bookings to returning clients and VIPs first. You have priority booking access for new sessions! You are family to me and I want to continue to serve you after your images are in your hearts and homes. Welcome to the family!
